Enjoy a quiet breakfast in Ubud and then hop on a picturesque journey to the pristine island retreat of Nusa Penida which is only a stone-throw off Bali east coast. Nusa Penida is renowned for its beaches with rough cliffs, blue waters, and unspoiled beauty, and the day should be filled with natural beauty.

The first place to stop is the most renowned point on the island, Kelingking beach. Usually referred to as the T-Rex Cliff, this dramatic headland provides jaw-dropping views of a lush white sand setting by limestone formations. No matter whether you view it over or pass by the beach, this beauty can never be forgotten.

When you have taken your mid-day meal, at mid-day, indulge yourself in a delicious lunch of Indian food; a snack of home amongst the tropics.

In the afternoon as the sun sets, arrive at your hotel in Nusa Penida. Sleep, unwind and gear up to go to another day of exploring the island.

By 8 AM, you wake up with the beat of Bali, shower, dress in your favourite attire, and a healthy breakfast will be on the plate. Today, prepare yourself to immerse into dynamic sceneries and the cultural spirit of North and Central Bali- a day full of revealing, custom and breathtaking sceneries.

Our morning starts in the artistic center of the island-Ubud. Reputed as a tranquil place of high cultural affinity, Ubud provides its vigilant visitor with a relaxed and yet informative experience. Visit the scenic Tegallalang Rice Terraces, or literally the steps of green rice fields that portray nature in harmony with the man. Then bathe in the markets and arts of Ubud Art Market, a gold mine of homemade clothes, knick-knacks and cloth.

The second destination to be visited is the Sacred Monkey Forest that is inhabited by the playful Balinese long-tailed macaques. Walk among old trees, around mossy temples and feel the spiritual soul of this forest.

Next, touch the mist on your face at the Tegenungan Waterfall, a beautiful natural gem hidden in the greenery of the forest. What a good way to get a refreshing rest and a stunning photograph!

Later in the afternoon we visited the Celuk Village that is considered to be the center of traditional gold and silversmiths. Look at exclusive jewellery or just look at such incredible methods which are used through all generations.

We departed for Kintamani, a picturesque village in a mountain up along the side of Mount Batur, an active volcano that is situated at 1,717 metres in height. This will also serve as a stop over during which we will have lunch and marvel at the panoramic views of Lake Batur and highlands.

When the sun turns to begin the descent into the horizon we head back to Kuta, where we will have a nice hot meal and a good sleep is in order.

Best of the Day: Protected-trance cultural experience- micro and macro- the spiritual virtue of the region of Ubud and artisanal markets as well as the precarious beauty of Mount Batur and the serenity of the Tegenungan Waterfall.

You might be exhausted after 4 days and 3 nights of adventure, yet your body requests a rest- but Bali is not going to give in that easily! It is the day of excitement, heritage and classic beauty. And so, wake up in the morning when the sun wakes up, go with an early breakfast to get ready to spend a day full of action and awe.

This trip starts off by visiting Nusa Dua, the paradise of water sports in Bali. In this case, adrenaline will be at the driver seat as you engage in various adventures- Jet skiing through the turquoise waters, flying over the sea on a parasailing and hurtling over the waves on a banana boat ride. It is quick, it is exciting, and it is the ideal activity that helps you unleash your adventurous personality.

After a couple of hours of water fun, we will have the satisfying lunch in Nusa Dua and be recharged on the soulful part of the day.

The afternoon will take us to one of the most famed temples, Uluwatu Temple, a clifftop wonder that is 70 metres above the Indian Ocean. It can also be called Pura Luhur as well and besides revealing the spirit of Balinese, this sacred spot also presents spectacular views of the ocean that makes your jaws drop. Ulu is a name given to land at its end and Watu is a name given to rock. It is the poetic meaning of such a dramatic place.

When the time comes to follow the golden hour, take your seats at the Uluwatu Amphitheatre and watch the magical Kecak Fire Dance. This ancient theatric is performed using only flames, rhythmic chanting, and no musical instruments depicting the tale of Ramayana with only human voices and fire. It is an exhilarating cultural experience that will just not be forgotten.

Before the stars start to shine we are headed back to Kuta with full hearts and even fuller cameras.

The Best of the Day: Swim and explore the underwater world in Nusa Dua and enjoy the amazing sunset Kecak Fire Dance ceremony in the volcanic cliffs of Uluwatu.

Note: On bad weather, single parasailing will be changed to the Flying Fish ride to make it safe.

Feasting on a hearty breakfast, we said goodbye to Kuta and pointed our way to a much more classy coastal town of Seminyak, with its sun kissed beaches, luxurious resorts and relaxed atmosphere.

When we get there, we will be checking in our own personal villa, with a posh swimming pool. Use this time to relax, to have a dip into the water, or just take a rest within the warmth and coolness of the new resort.

When the day turns into golden hour, we will ride to observe one of the most famous landmarks of Bali, Tanah Lot Temple. This old sea temple is located erect on a small rocky islet and known as one of the most significant cultural landmarks, which at the same time, boasts a magnificent view of the setting sun of the Indian Ocean. Allow the wind, the pounding waves and the peaceful temple to form a memory.

We will go back to our villa after soaking in the magic of the sunset and have a calm evening. Joke, tell a tale, meditate, or just look at the stars, tonight is a night that should be taken as slow and enjoyed: it is yours.

Thing of the Day: Spend your time in your personal villa in Seminyak and enjoy the sunset in Tanah Lot Temple.

It is our last day in the paradise where we have been living for a week. We will get up and shine as usual and meet by 8 AM to have breakfast and get prepared to spend our last morning together. However, as in contrast to earlier days, a little muffled tug at the heart accompanies the feeling; the knowledge that the experiences are about to end.

Spend these last hours looking around a little more, having another laugh, clicking on a few more photos and sharing contact numbers and memories with the people who used to be strangers a few days back, and will now be co- travelers in life altogether.

Once the checkout process has been concluded, we will take you to Ngurah Rai international Airport in Denpasar. And then, our unforgettable adventure in Bali will come to a close.

We will leave like full-hearted and minded with the stories, sunsets, and beautiful things we saw.

The Unplanned team would like to thank you on its behalf and be grateful to have the trust of your journey. We will really miss you. These seven magical days were filled up with new friends, cultural exploration, and innumerable moments of happiness, and we hope they have somehow left a mark in your heart as they did in ours.

See you later on, take care, explore some more, and live life.
