The experience with PTU to Gandikota was awesome. The places visited was really good and was well organized. We had a really good weekend.
Two best moments of the trip:
1. Camp fire and tent stay
2. Sunrise view point climb at the fort.
I recently completed my 2 days gokarna beach trek with PTU. I had a more than memorable experience with these guys. The way it was planned and executed was A-class. I would like to thank my trek leads Vishal, Abhilash, Akansha and Rahul.
Especially, @Akansha and @Rahul who I made friends with and would like to travel with them again.
As I said, I would travel again with PTU.
I just completed Gandikota weekend getaway with them and would say, one should definitely do this with PTU. The exuberant view of sunset from the canyon is once in a lifetime experience. I recommend everyone who reads this to join them on the next schedule to Gandikota.
Want to thank my trek leads Akansha and Gowtham for the support throughout the journey
There are very few days in life that remain as excellent relivable memories and this trek with PTU was one such trip. Imagine living in a tent and when you step out of it you get to see beautiful sunshine with a great view of a gorge which is beneath 200 feet steep rocky mountain and lush green set up with huge windmills all around sound like a movie opening scene…….. that is Gandikota…. Noiseless, unpolluted environment with beautiful scenic view with nature orchestra playing in the background what an experience to live and remember forever.
Have been to many parties but a party in middle of a rocky terrain under an open sky with close to 500 people from different walks of life dancing, singing, playing is great sight and it’s an indication of how happy humans can be when they are in the midst of nature. It’s not just nature and party this place has some amazing human made wonders; the great fort of Gandikota, temples that are architectural marvels, magnificent Jumma Masjid, an ancient Jail, Granary, sunset point, Windmills on a turf of lush green surrounding. Gandikota is perfect weekend gateway…..Keep the place green and clean Gandikota ko Ghandi mat karna…..
We also visited Belum Caves which is longest cave in India and if you have an explore instinct this place is perfect destination…………
To enjoy this kind of trip you need good knowledge about the place, logistical arrangement, good group of friends and perfect trekker who knows the place and can take you around. Now this is going to be challenge and the one stop solution for all your requirements to make it a wonderful memorable trip is “Planned the Unplanned”…. Right from ensuring all the trekker ( most of them don’t know each other) get to know each other and enjoy each other company, ensuring safety and best possible comfort PTU is just amazing. Blindly go with my word and it will be worth your time and money. Not just the arrangements, they make sure you rediscover the child in you with lot of games, dancing, photos, singing, jokes the list goes on, they always ensure the right environment is set up for this. You may enjoy the place if you go on this trip alone or with friends and family but with PTU you will enjoy the trip with a new set of friends who like you are there just to have a memorable experience of their lifetime… enjoy the nature, enjoy the beauty of being with new friends and singing dancing etc………Go for it….Special thanks to amazing trek lead Akanksha and Gautam they were really good
Last weekend I got a chance to travel with PTU to Gandikota and belum caves exploration..it was such a great a experience. Starting from the ice breaker , breakfasts, camping , waterfalls, games(taboo and mafiya) , bonfire and sight seeing. Everything was so nicely taken care of. Both the trek leads akansha and Gowtham were so energetic and approachable that I didn’t find any difficulty during these 2 days . Thanks for making my weekend such a fun. I will definitely be planning more trips with PTU..
